At Nuvuxa, we are committed to delivering premium handcrafted products inspired by nature. Every item is carefully created, inspected, and packed with love. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product arrives damaged or defective.
You receive the wrong product.
The item is significantly different from what was described on our website.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing teamnuvuxa@gmail.com
Please include :
• Your Order Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the original packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Returns requested after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
As many of our products are handcrafted, each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, texture, size, wood grain, paint details, or handmade finish are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Minor handmade variations
Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Replacement Policy
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Nuvuxa will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, customers should contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging
Product Availability:
Handmade products may occasionally be out of stock or require additional production time.
