Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During festive seasons, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.
6. Delivery Issues and Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Severe weather conditions, Public holidays, Natural disasters, Courier service disruptions, Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, Government restrictions or other unforeseen events
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If delivery cannot be completed because:
The recipient is unavailable, The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, The package is refused,
the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch, where applicable.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Please double-check your:
Full Name, Mobile Number, House/Flat Number, Street Address, Landmark, City, State, PIN Code
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
9. International Shipping
Option 1 (If you ship internationally):
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country's authorities.

Option 2 (If you do not ship internationally):
At this time, NUVUXA ships only within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost during transit:
Contact us within 2 DAYS of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Please provide your order number and photographs of the damaged package or product, if applicable.
We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.
